William Miller – Bill has over 47 years’ experience in finance as a registered representative, financial engineer and private business consultant.  Bill is the architect of many of the specialized capitalization packages and formulas utilized by non-profit organizations in their efforts to increase donations. Areas of primary expertise include (a) Restricted Securities, including re-sales and exchanges, purchase coordination, liquidation and utilization strategies (b) securities and investments including portfolio and cash flow management, portfolio development, trading strategies, and various hedging techniques utilized by both individual and institutional investors, and (c) donation strategies designed to create economic benefits for individuals, corporations, and foundations.

Mike Rusch – Mike is currently the CEO of Pure Charity and has over 16 years of executive leadership and experience with organizations such as the Walt Disney Company, Nickelodeon, Hershey Foods and Walmart where he led technology development, operations, insights, sales/marketing and Strategic Planning.  Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors for four organizations involved in international development and orphan care.  Mike served four years in the United States Marine Corps.

Collin Palkovitz – Collin has more than a decade of leadership in digital marketing and business development. He has led the creation and execution of successful initiatives for corporations including JP Morgan Chase, British Airways, Marriott,, Brooks Brothers, Mars Candy, Johnson & Johnson, and Hulu.  His main focus will be bringing our vision and ideas to life through the execution and improvement of the daily operations. His attention will be dedicated to product development, market research and analysis, and donor partnerships.

Jim Bailey – Jim has devoted most of his 42 year business career to negotiating and completing sports, real estate and other complex business transactions. From 1978 until 1999 he served as Executive Vice President of the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens National Football League franchises.  Prior to embarking on his career in the NFL, Mr. Bailey practiced law in Cleveland, Ohio for seven years, where he specialized in real estate and complex business transactions.

Rick Brekelbaum – Rick’s past experience as a financial executive with ExxonMobil (32 year career with 17 years overseas) solidifies the integrity of the financial oversight required for success.  Since early retirement, Rick has been involved in serving on various nonprofit and local boards of directors as well as in advisory capacities.

Charles Foster Johnson – Charlie is the Executive Director of Charles Foster Johnson Ministries, an outreach providing spiritual care, friendship and leadership to organizations, churches, and individuals.  He also serves as co-pastor of Bread, a new faith community in Fort Worth, and as Spiritual Director of New Horizons Treatment Center for Children located in Abilene and Goldthwaite, Texas. He is a frequent preacher and speaker in university, church and business circles.  He has written for numerous publications, and has made guest appearances on several cable network news shows.  He is involved in civic and non-denominational life, and was named “Baptist of the Year” by the Baptist Center for Ethics in 2004.  He was inducted into the Martin Luther King Jr. Board of Preachers of Morehouse College in 2008.

Hylton Lonstein – Hylton Lonstein is a Partner in Lonsco Management Group, which is engaged in real estate development and investment in California and other select U.S. markets.  He is also a Board member of First Funding Sports and Entertainment LLC, a venture fund focusing on investments in sports and entertainment projects.  Previously he served as Vice President of McComic Consolidated / Trans West Housing, a privately-held homebuilding and land development company.  Hylton earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from San Diego State University, and Postgraduate Certification in Real Estate Investments, Finance & Development from the University of San Diego. Over the course of his career, Hylton has served on the Boards of a number of philanthropic and business organizations, including leadership roles such as board / committee chair.



Mike Vincent – Kimball Creek Partners – Mike has almost 20 years of experience as a financial advisor. He works with successful families, professionals, business owners and executives to provide investment advice and personalized portfolio management services. Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Seattle University.

Dean Bennion – Kimball Creek Partners has almost 30 years of experience as a financial advisor. Dean is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree with a Finance concentration from University of Washington along with a Masters of International Management, International Finance and Trade from Thunderbird School of Global Management..

Kimball Creek Partners is a full service wealth management company. Recently selected as Five Star Wealth Managers in the Northwest region, Kimball Creek will advise First Bridge with respect to the management of First Bridge and donor trust accounts. Additionally, Kimball Creek Partners will assist First Bridge in specialized arbitrage techniques used for both individual and institutional donors. Jim Blount – The Point Financial Group – Jim Blount graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. After six years with MetLife Financial Services where he achieved many company and industry awards including Million Dollar Round Table and MetLife Top Producer award, he founded The Point Financial Group in 2001. Over the past twelve years, he has led the organization from two advisors doing transactional insurance and investment business to the premier wealth planning firm in Northwest Arkansas with a full range of services including financial planning, investment management, a full service insurance agency and business strategies group that provides retirement and other employee benefits. For the past eight years he has been recognized as a top producer at LPL Financial (based on revenue), where he receives numerous industry awards each year. In 2003, he was recognized with a Top 40 under 40 award by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal*. He is a Registered Principal with his Broker/Dealer, LPL Financial, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®).

Jim is very active in the arts and non-profit communities of Northwest Arkansas. He is a past president and 17 year board member of the Arts Center of the Ozarks. He also serves as Vice President of the Board of Circle of Life Hospice.
